I don't think we are able to change our dob. I tried to mines changed and it didn't work. I had to have an admin do it. We can only make it so that our age appears on our account.

Lovely you'll have to wait for a head admin to change your info. You can start a convo with one and tell them your date of birth as well, if you aren't comfortable sharing it here.
