Add watcher in waiting lobby

Hello brokenlens member and citizen as today I am giving another idea to improve the anti-cheat by adding watcher in waiting lobby so that it easily can detect who hack.

Who agree click yes if do not agree click No

I think the watcher already has this super amazing magic power to see players on waiting lobbies or I might be wrong though.

The idea has already been added on the past. The staffs had improved the watchers from this moderation
