Add warn "Teaming is not allowed on Solo SkyWars" every the game start

I suggest to add warn on the chat smth like

WARN TEAMING IS NOT ALLOWED ON SOLO SKYWARS

Im sure enough there's must be a new player that not read all the book rules on da server and dont know if it's bannable.
