Add more kits

I want new kits.
everyone these days are just using buster and pyro. and im even using buster but its getting boring.
even thi they added the fisherman kit. pple still use buster cuz fisherman kit is still underated.
i want kits that can give custom buffs like
every time u kill someone, 33% you get regen for like 4 seconds.

Like, how strong will the effect be? Regeneration 2 or regeneration 4?Do void kill counts if you pushed someone off?How much would it cost....

i want generation 2 and make the kit in the shop expensive.. or make the staffs decide. if its added i hope its not only for premium ranks....
