add elytra into skywars

wait if we have elytra, we will need to glide, to move up, it will require fireworks. It will make life a whole lot easier for noobs to escape death

its good idea but its bad too
because when game start u can go at mid or any island else very easy and all pepole start use it and sky wars will transfer to sky fall
