Account completely broken

Hi members of staff,

Hope you have a nice day, so I have many problems on my account, it’s about the shop and the private messages (pvt). When you have new “pvt” it say “/read for see unread pvt” but it always saying this, in the shop, I buy something and after I leave game, I don’t have what i bought (bug happen only when i buy walking particules) and now, i don’t see the walking particule I buy. Some examples, the “Enderman” walking particule, I did it to buy it without lose it when I leave game, but when I equip, I don’t see particules, the player effect “Angel’s wings” I see nothing. So if you can fix that please, it could be really appreciated, but if you can’t, it will be ok.
If you don’t understand something, write me and I will try explain my problems in different words.

You might have an unread pvt in a different page. Try doing /read clear

If you don’t see the particles, you might be lagging. That’s an issue on your end, not the server’s.
