Accidentally had mod on and used and now I'm banned for more than 3 months.. help!

It was an accidental and they banned me for 3 months because of it.. NEED HELP there's nothing else to do without this server! I pressed the wrong keys and that activated the mood and it gave me full diamond armour, I was like OH NO. The server banned me.
