About the booster thing

I left brlns for like almost an year and finally have time to join again. However, as ik, the booster for both ranked players and normal players are not working. So my question is, is it considered to be a bug? If it is a bug, then when will it be fixed? Like I bought e rank years ago, and my booster worked for a month, and its gone. Others that bought ranks recently still keep their booster, and I think it's a bit unfair tbh.

From what I’ve noticed, players who bought their emerald rank after summer of 2020 kept their boosters, but people who bought it before then had theirs expire after a few months.
