Also, when people are perm banned and they are truthful in their ban appeal, they have a chance of having their ban reduced to 30 days, even if they hacked.

what if a person never hack that got accused of hacking and got perm banned? He shouldn’t admit hacking then he will never get unbanned

That would never happen as we always recieve proof of hackers before banning them.
