About Invisible skin suggestion

Invisible skin was worked for fews years ago,but at now the 4D skin pack come to Minecraft, I saw a Invisible Skin is in some 4D pack.i saw it is work in other sever and normal world I don’t know is that can use in brokenlens or cannot. If it work in brokenlens , it is banable?
I’m sorry I’m just Want to ask I didn’t know a lot about skin .Because this is very op in PvP games or murderer mestory.
