About HD skins

Soooooo 70% of brokenlens players ( 1.2.13+) r using HD skins
HD skins looks like this:

I'm wondering if those skins will be allowed to in in the leader board.
Cuz its sucks when you use a HD skin and ur normal skin that you used before the new one stays in the leader board.
Also the HD skin have to be black or the same skin as the 1.1/1.2 players using.
