About change name

I want to change my name to just 'vini' and this name is taken, so what if i send a pvt to the player that owned this name and he doesn't answer the pvt for a week saying he doesn't want his name to be taken, *or also because he probably don't even play in this account since it isn't used anymore* his username could be taken again per another person. (I also know this idea can be a bad idea)
