I believe not. I used fly hacks and got banned on this server when I was still 11 years old ( 4 years ago ) and applied for staff 1 year later ( 12 years old ) and now I'm 16 almost 17.

@lucas1901 got accepted as a builder when he was only 12 years old. Age doesn't really mean anything if you're really mature like Sir Lulu
