Well, the fact that you kept bypassing your ban shows us that you didn't learn anything from being banned, so we have no reason to believe that if we unban you, you won't just break more rules.

A hack is a hack. It will only affect one or two games. That's not a BIG deal. Just give him a chance, if he hacks again, ban him, and ignore him from then on.
