Solved A whole team of glitchers

EVIDENCE:

Reasoning: To sum it up the whole team was glitching because their team shop was blocked by obsidian (but some places in the front are shown to be left open). By glitching they cut the glass that was part of the map in order to use their team shop. I cut parts of the video to show the validation of the players glitching.

Is it only bannable only if they succeed, or can they be banned just from attempting to glitch?
