A weird bug that bugs me

So when i build up,i usually spam it so i can put my blocks and go up fast.But if you do that,it somewhat glitches you to go down again.You 'respawn'(idk what to call it)back to place where your just beside the block youve put.Sorry if that doesnt make any sense but imma show here at the bottom

(this happened to me in skywars)

It just one of those glitches that happen with all servers, you just have to build slower probably (I don't have much of an answer)

Nope.Even when im in the start i build up so i can gain the high ground and have 2 advantages( thats a whole nother story)And this is also in skywars.
