Yeah Clip is in this context basicly that you're physical, and can't go through anything solid
but NoClip means you can walk through any block, and not suffocate etc.
Most NoClippers also fly

True, and to ban hackers, Mojang doesn't need to be called as most of them are ment for Single Player, anyway.
Admins on the server will need to just ban them from the server

No-clip mean you can go through the wall. Clip mean you can't go through the wall.
