When you look into the ration on which players go into which servers, you will see the vast difference (i.e : players in MurderMystery and players in BowSpleef / QuakeCraft). Why not try and add automated special events that happen at least once in every 24 hours, or 48 hours in the quietist server running. There could be some reward (i.e - like some premium particle for a limited amount of days or coins)

Example -
In TagHunters, since it is the least populated in the whole server, a special event will occur - win a game of Tag Hunters, and you will win X amount of coins. The player will join and play the game, and might take a liking to it, and plays the game more, encouraging the growth of the minigame.

I agree and really like this idea :0

Well, in TagHunters, depending on how many Tags you get you can already get like 600 coins and around 500 EXP. So maybe 1k coins bonus?
As for Quake, maybe one of the dust particles valid for 1 day, because they look like the particles that shoot out of Quake guns.
And for Bowspleef, 300-500 coins, 200-300 EXP? Because it doesn't really give much rewards.
