I saw this player he doesn't have rank emerald gold diamond or whatever but he has chainmail armor and a bow, how is this possible?

Like these people said, that guy has hacks, whether he denies it or not.
The only kit that has chainmail armor(buster) ONLY HAS CHAINMAIL ARMOR. Besides food, he shouldn't have a bow.
