A server meeting

Hello staffs!

It seems the server is on a dire situation. Perhaps making a meeting inside the server would help the minor and major problems of it. Such as the current major problems known as the Hackers.

Though some of you would think that if you make a meeting inside the server it would reveal the secret operations that are going to be undertook forcing the rule or law breakers to find a way to counter this.

The solution is to make a secret [Place] that only staffs or of such important people that are chosen to enter.

Here, communication is faster and much more understandable. Though the function is only to fix problems not to submit a suggestion to keep the forums alive.

I have ideas on what the staff are already using. First, the conversations system in forums is a common method of private conversations. Infinite number of people can be invited depending on the person. Another thing staff might already be using is Discord DMs or Discord servers. The last one I have is simply private messages on the server.

I don't think this is a bad idea. I just think this doesn't seem to be required.

Yes you are right. What i am thinking is a faster and easier way of communication. Because you don't know when the person is online or not. Also as another benefit that not all can see, hear or know about the secrets of the server. Unlike forums conversation, The server meeting would be more confidential than an ordinary forums meeting. Real life hackers are growing more intelligent. Its risky to make forums meetings.

Anyone watched ancient aliens in History? A guy hacked NASA and that episode scores a 100% that aliens are real.
Now if that guy were to hack this forums to see our secret messages. Were screwed.

By why not instead put the meeting inside the game where it is impossible to hack since the game doesnt have a file that may allows even the greatest of hackers to break in the game. Why?
Because games dont contain files that may make a passage for hackers
