Yes, that also occurs to me in TNT Run and Sky Wars.

Fingers crossed, @vertx fixes this.
Also, if it happens again, just do /lobby or relog.

And, if you fall into the void of the waiting area while that glitch occurs, you lose.
Very strange, indeed.
