Solved A power-hungry killaura bunnyhopper and a potential bypasser

IGNS: Chasmojorks and _man_backar (Two underscores and it's spelled backar)
Reason: The first player was bunnyhopping in the lobby and using killaura later in the video. The second player is one that I suspect of bypassing an earlier report due to them having a similar name to Man_hacker and having a similar profile.
(Different skin though and I'm not sure how to check for bypassing other than to search for similar profiles and skins. I would be interested in knowing if there was a better way to check.)

Chasmojorks has been permanently banned by ssunsett and I couldn't find any ban information about _man_backar bypassing on the previous Man_hacker account. Thank you for the reports!
