Disadvantages :
- Hacks, as you've mention as usual ban. But, what if?Theres no staff online on that time? Won't it be unfair to others?

For the hacker part. If there are no staff to catch and ban hackers, then it would be unfair to others. However, you can always screenshot the hacker and report him/her under the Player Report forum. A staff will soon respond as soon as possible.
