A Online Player Muted for no reason?

Hi! I'm not the person who was muted, but a fellow player :

friendly_puppy

was supposedly muted for no exact reason. She claims that a player, which has 'kid' in their IGN, was tired of her pretending to be a vampire and that player either did /report or told a staff member. She seems innocent, so please may she have an explanation. Thank you!

(please don't ask for to do the so called 'ban appeal format'. I know what it is, I've been here for more than a year now.)
