a new gamemode!

You guys do know Vertx is the squirrel right xD

WAIT, IT IS?! Is that why he has a squirrel profile pic--- Ohhhh.

hello lovely people! so, i just thought of this idea for bl to have as a new game mode. SIMON SAYS. simon says, if you don't know, is a game where one person is simon and they tell people to do stuff. he starts with simon says. for example, simon says to jump up and down. however, if simon does not say simon says and you still do the action he says, you're out! the way it would work is:

there would be 10 players in each game, and an AI as simon, the AI would say commands like jump up and down or crouch. over time, it would get harder and harder and you'd have to do the commands faster or you'd get out. last player standing wins!

so, whatcha guys think? leave your opinions below!! :)

(I understand that it can be nerve-wracking sharing your own ideas so I'm really sorry if I upset you.)

I'm honestly not sure because it could work and it also couldn't; I think it would have more potential if it was developed further. There is intensity produced by the speeding up of the commands, creating a novelty that would attract a lot of people. It's also a fairly simple concept so it would be easy to follow and well-liked. However, there is limited unpredictability (its programming could unwittingly become a repeated sequence) and players interacting with each other (although I do think the idea of choosing a 'lucky player' would help this) so the game alone must sufficiently stimulate the mind to sustain interest. If it's deemed too repetitive (assuming there'll only be two different commands), I'm worried that it's easily going to die down. If that happens then I don't think it would be worth investing lots of time into, especially if it's equally as complex to code as the other minigames.

I really like the idea of a less pvp-centered game though because the conflict between mobile vs win10 regarding pvp cooldown wouldn't apply to a game like this, so it would be able to attract a wider audience (I personally think that's why Quake and OITC have died.)

thanks so much! it's actually very nice of you to give your recommendations or opinions! no way will i be upset! :)
hello! i am ao sorry for the late response, things have been going kinda crazy!
i definitely agree, with only two commands, this game will be VERY boring. it'll be easy to master, and sooner or later it will die. however, if this game were to be taken into consideration, i think it could go very far with the right amount of work. i think creativity is needed to make this game soar, and bl has plenty of it!
i am not familiar with codes r coding AT ALL, but i understand that it is probably complex. as i've stated before, i really think this game can go far. maybe i'm being bias since i absolutely suck at PVP games and i hate them, but i really have a strong belief for this!

It’s not that i’m afraid people will not like it. It’s if people will even look at it.
