So this is the 8th time this week this has been mentioned so I'm going to make it very clear right now so people can get a correct picture.

I know many of you think I'm tryharding to be apart of the staff team but I'm not. I might have in the past but recently I've been doing a lot of self reflecting and I came to realize I am not fit for the team and I do not want to be on the team. I understand people are keeping quiet about how they feel but I'd rather you come out so I can tell it straight and direct to you.

I do not want to be a staff member and I do not plan on becoming one at all. I do not want the position and I don't even yourn to have the position. I love the current staff team we have and I wouldn't have it any other way.

You can have a problem with me helping people but that's in my nature. I'm not going to put on a face and please you out of some interior motive. You can call me a tryhard all you like but this is straight fact.

I am not going to do something here I do not do irl and you can ask the people who know me irl if I act the way i do on here and they can vouch. I think it's stupid and pointless and I am not going to waste my time trying to tryhard for something I don't want to do.

Sorry if I sound harsh or mad cause I'm not. I'm actually very calm and glad I came out with this. I hope you all understand and stop asking me to apply cause at this point that's the only reason I do.

So yes, sorry but I do not want to be on the team and I don't plan on wanting to be anytime soon. I do not think I'm fit for the position and even if I was I still would refuse because I don't think that this is an area in life I'm meant to be.

And if staff has a problem with what I'm doing please say something your not going to hurt my feelings and I'm not going to leave. People think I left the last time over that and I'm not that petty okay. I had actual problems irl and me and my family fasted from electronics those 2 weeks I was gone so sorry

Again if you have a problem say something because I'd like to know what I need to change if it's getting in your way.

Also y'all, this thread wasn't created or meant to say something about the people talking to me (this is also why I am not saying who they are because I do not want y'all starting stuff with them)

I am not mad or upset with them and y'all shouldn't be either. This is just my way of showing this is how I feel and to keep more people from talking a out the topic.

Sorry if I sound harsh but I'm genuinely annoyed. And you can make me seem like a bad person like I'm targeting you but okay, and your always open to talking behind my back cause I legit don't give and actual heck.
