I think we shouldn't allow hackers to play, because imagine a game wich everyone is a hacker! This wouldn't be fun for them either.

Some hackers are so bad that they keep coming back on alt accounts just to hack

what naked is trying to say is that there would be one version of the server where anyone can hop on and do whatever they want, whether they're a hacker or not,
and another version where all the rules apply and if you break them you get the specified punishment

i mean i don't think it'll work out well and there's like a 1% chance of vertx accepting the idea but anyway.
