MAKE SURE THAT MINECRAFT IS NOT OPEN WHILST YOU ARE DOING THESE STEPS!

Okay, so first you’re going to want to install an app called iObit unlocker, once you have done that, download these files on to your computer: https://www.mediafire.com/file/4je935z6ki94j6v/Capes+1.7++(PatarHD).zip
(This file is if you want your skin to have the bigger arms)

Smaller arms file:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/r06t6emy3404m4c/vanilla.zip/file
You will need to download the first mediafire file above because it contains the cape file as well, but once you have downloaded the file above with the vanilla file and capes file, just delete the vanilla file from that one and download this one to replace it).

This will give you the vanilla file that you need to use to get the skin name and cape, the other file within this is the capes file, this will basically give you a whole range to choose from, I personally made my own cape file with capes made by me, there is many Mcpe copies of optifine capes in there, message me on my page for the link.

(You also want to open your files application, go up to the top, click view and turn hidden items on, otherwise you won’t be able to set your cape)

Once you have downloaded the vanilla & the cape file, save both to your desktop. Once you have done this open the vanilla file and and delete both of the images named cape, and nitrosfn. Once you have done this you want to get your selected skin that you want to have a cape and get your cape from the cape file. Once you have done this drag the skin and the cape to your desktop and name the skin “nitrosfn” and the cape, “cape”. Once this is done, from your desktop drag the skin and the cape into the vanilla file (don’t forget to delete the nitrosfn and cape that was in there previously).

Once this is all done you want to open up iObit and when a screen pops up asking if you want to allow iObit to make changes to your pc you want to hit the ok, or allow button. Once this is done you should see a screen like this;View attachment 185928
Then you want to click on add, and screen should pop up from there.
In this screen you should see a folder called LocalDisc(C:) or OC: or something with a C in it. Click on that and then go to program files (not program files x86) once you have clicked program files you want to scroll down a little and look for WindowsApps. Once you have clicked on that you want to scroll down quit a bit until you see a file called this:View attachment 185929You want to click on this file and then click on another file called data. Scroll down a bit until you see a file called skin_packs, click on this and within this file there should be the vanilla file. Hover your mouse over the vanilla file and click once on it, when you have done that click on OK. You will come across a screen like the file below, and you want to click the arrow pointing down next to unlock, once this appears you want to click on Unlock & Delete:

Once you have clicked the unlock & delete option it will ask you if you want to permanently delete this folder, and you want to click OK. Once you have done this click exit.
Open up iObit unlocked once again, click allow iobit to make changes to your PC and then the little window with a list of folder should appear. You don’t want to click on anything, just scroll down until you see the vanilla folder, your skin and cape that you have chosen should be in that folder. If you doesn’t seem to be there make sure that you have added the vanilla file to your desktop, otherwise it will be in your downloads file.

Once you find the vanilla file you want to click on it once, and click ADD. Once you have clicked add, there should be a downwards facing arrow again next to unlock, click this and there should be an option for unlock and copy. Click on that and then the little window with a list of files should come up again. You now need to follow the steps above again, go to program files, WindowsApps, Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_1.9.15, data, and once you have gotten to skin_packs you want to click once on the file and then click OK. This window should have popped up;View attachment 185934Once this image is here, then you’re done, open up your Minecraft and your default steve skin should be your chosen skin with a cape!

Hope this helped!
