A form of cheating

In the rule book it clearly states any cheating/unfair play is prohibited. So, when some VIP is in the lava, isn't that CHEATING? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Archer kit doesn't counter it well because people use this tactic at the very end because by then you've probably run out of arrows.
