Fixed A bug in brokenlens shop?

So hi! I just want to know if this is a bug in brokenlens shop.
Reason: bcz i want to buy emerald rank and its says ( an error occured try again later ) i kept trying for a week and it keeps saying same thing. I tested if only it happens with emerald rank only... but not.. it happens for all other items. Pls reply cz i want to buy emerald rank. I'll put down a screenshot of problem. ( i removed email for personal reasons ).
