A brokenlens app bug

I don't know where to report the problem I have in the Brokenlens app, so I'm doing it here. I have got it a long time ago. I have a persistent bug in the Brokenlens app that I don't know how to fix it. The problem is that the lists of my friends, players by nickname or crews by name are not fully loaded, because theres an endless loading. Ive tried many times to reinstall the app, to reset the cache and data, but the problem has been still remained and I don't know what to do.
