They say that people individually banned by the watcher will HARDLY EVER get unbanned. But the word choice gave me questions. And my question is Has anyone been individually been banned by the watcher and got unbanned?

I don't think I've seen an appeal that someone got unbanned from that, unless if they have a proof that they do not hack(Well, not a single one have a proof...)

Oh, so if the player is telling the truth that the player hacks, the player will have a second chance even though the player got banned by the watcher?
