Chapter 3- The Yellow Stone
Recap:
All 5 of them got separate and took each one a path in order to retrieve every 5 stone that there was to be found.
Now we get to path 3 in the story, where the dungeon, yes dungeon not the castle, is filled with traps and Easter eggs so this one will be a fun one to explore around.
~A Curse Factory~ Path 3/5
Testing... Testing... Is this thing on? Okie, this is just in! Our heroes have recovered 2 out of the 5 Stones in the mission. Unfortunately, we haven't seen the others yet getting back. What could've happened to them? Could've they die? Are they still in a search of the stones? Stay tuned for me! This is one of the people in the Kingdom signing off!
Now we get into Wolfie path or side of the story, whichever you want to call it, it's fine by me. Moving on, Wolfie thought the path she took was much easier than the others took, but that my friend, is where she is wrong. In fact, she might've taken the most dangerous path out of them all! The only way to find out is to see what awaits her in her journey.
Like any other person, they would've been panicking and running all around in circles by now but not for Wolfie! Wolfie was actually enjoying the walk cause... Nothing was practically happening. She looked around and by her look, she did notice some stuff was off the chart from normal stuff she sees every day. This time, the trees were made out of metal. The grass was made out of nails so that was a big no-no to lay down on. She even saw a giant metal bird above her head. She could tell before she even got to the dungeon that this wasn't a good start.
She kept walking towards the dungeon, hopefully making progress getting there. On the way to the dungeon, she saw a strange shining thing in the corner of her eyes. She could bear the light that was coming from the lens of her glasses so she had no other choice but to go up to it and see what it was. She was close and her eyes wider. It was a key! But to what exactly? Whatever it was, she took it just in case.
Along her way to the dungeon, she found stuff like food and drinks but she didn't take them due to the fact, they might be poisonous so she left them even tho she was dying with thirst and continue on with her journey. She could see the end of the road up ahead but that's what her mind told her. What she really saw was a long road to walk to and more stuff to explore around which was the least she wanted to do here. Moving on.
This is where we get into Wolfie's point of view at this point.
Man! I said as I kept walking this endless road that awaits me. "I can barely feel my feet from all this long walking," I complained even tho nobody was around to listen on how long this road was. "You know, when they said that this was going to be a dangerous place, the danger was the longest road that we all, well for me that is have to walk from to get there. They should've just made this road endless and Bam! There's the danger! Yeezus."
I didn't feel like walking any more so the best thing I could've done is look around this "factory" woods and make it the best out of it. The grass was a big no-no like cross that out of the list to relax. The trees weren't making a good difference to relax. Even the rock was made out of shape metal so that was also a big no-no.
This road felt endless every time she took a step closer to wherever the dungeon was. "I wonder if the dungeon hid any food and water around it cause I could really go for some food right now and maybe water also. I kept walking and wonder to myself, "I wonder how the others were doing in their part of the journey. Hopefully, they were doing better than me cause I felt like this road was the only journey I was doing.
"After many walks and sits on the ground, I finally made it to the dungeon! It felt like hours that I was walking from the Kingdom to the dungeon. Now that I mention it this whole time was me, complain about how long this tip was oof."
I was so happy to go into the dungeon and finally get the stone back to the kingdom and unfortunately, fight the one and only, Carti!
I took a step into the dungeon but it pushed me back. It's like a force shield was surrounding it. I didn't know what to do. But then an idea came to my head. I could use the key I found to enter. Sure enough, once I put the key in the force shield, the shield went down and I could enter the dungeon! But before I can, Let me tell you about Carti.
Carti was actually one of the nicest people back then and the smartest in all of the high school grades and people. She was top of everything she entered. Science competition, Building, Creating you name it! Unfortunately one day, she was about to announce her biggest project yet for the building contest, her re-robot 3000. Unfortunately, she came second, getting beaten by a kid that could make a Lego float whenever you put it next to a wheel. This making her winning streak broken and making her frustrated.
Making her go out of control and accidentally kicking her robot, thus causing the robot to go mad and started to destroy the school in seconds. Later that month, everyone was safe and alive but carti never was to be seen again until now. Carti had her ways of tricks and tie ups so even going inside this dungeon was going to be scary and most of all, Carti was sure to not be easy considering she was top #1 out of the country so she was like 10x steps ahead than most normal people.
I went inside the dungeon, hoping that there was no trap ready to bounce me off. Luckily there wasn't. I walk (again ugh) for a few minutes when I got in a big room with 2 doors and 1 in the middle. The left door was red. The one in the right was orange. And the one in the middle was blue. All needed a key to enter, except the red door.
So what I was thinking was that I'd to go all through 2 doors and the orange door had the blue key, that saying the blue door must lead to where Carti hideout was. Now if I was gonna do this, I was gonna keep my eyes shape for stuff cause Carti keeps this place so secure, that not even a snake can slither around this place without activating a trap. I took a deep breath and headed to the red door. The minute I enter the door, I saw a path on the left and in the middle was an endless hole. The other entry was across the cave so I'd to follow that path.
Unfortunately for me, the minute I turn around, the door slammed shut behind me, leaving me with no other choice but to follow the path. Good enough, there were traps waiting for me and unfortunately, the path was short from the wall to the home so I had to slide around it, meaning tiptoe and jump at the same time, to avoid the mines traps. Lucky for me, it took a while but I finally got to the other side. But the part looked funny to me. Almost looking like there was another trap towards this path. So to test, I threw a rock and sure enough, it got lasered.
The thing about lasers is that they work only one time so I was safe to walk in. I entered the room and saw the orange key up ahead, I just had to jump across these rocks without falling down and I'm ok to go. I took some rocks cause I couldn't trust this place has more than 1 trap in one place. Sure enough, they were a trap, causing the rocks to flip once you landed on them. They had their cooldown so if I was fast enough and time it correctly, I can get my orange key and get out of here.
With just enough practice, I was able to cross the rocks and safely grabbing the orange key. Just for a fun saying, The last one, I almost felt due to the fact that the rocks were small and the rocks weren't detecting the movement. Luckily it moved and got backs to the right possession as the one I was standing on was about to flip over, making good timing and jumping to the next rock.
Me, safely grabbing the orange key and returning to the big room. I put the key into the orange door and sure enough, it opened as expected. I entered the room, accepting the door to close behind me again and sure enough, it did the minute I walked into the room. This one was a dancing game. So if I make the wrong move, I'll get either lit up on fire or get swung by a spike ball.
I didn't know what to expect from the dance floor. I saw the key up above, locked up by a hard glass vault. So maybe, if I do this dance game, the vaults will come down, breaking it and giving the key to me! So I'd to another choice but to dance!
I wasn't a pretty good dancer so I'd to make the best of it.
A few minutes later, my hair was lit a little bit cause I made a mistake of stepping on red than blue. Luckily it wasn't a spike ball or I would've been gone for good. I failed a few times, getting lit up a few times but not once getting spikes which were a good thing.
After many tries of doing the dance floor game, I finally managed to beat it and get the blue key. I got teleported back to the big room and opened up the blue door, causing me to enter it in one peace and finally defeat Carti and retrieve the yellow stone and save this Kingdom once and for all! I raced to the top, and what do I see? Carti and the yellow gem. ( Man that should be a story :0) Anyways, I knew this place was buzzing with traps and anything that comes close to any trap.
I explored the place a little bit more, luckily I found a wooden sword. I knew this poor sword will get demolition in seconds by Carti but eh, worth a try!
"Hey, this place looks familiar but I could be wrong," I said as I went for Carti room.
I didn't know what to expect. To either get into a fight with her which will 99.9% happened or let me take the stone and her giving up which by the way, will never happen. So technically, the answer was pretty simple on what is coming my way in this fight. I'm surprised that this place is filled with metal stuff. Everywhere I went! There was metal on everything. It was awful!
