Your security is pretty bad I found the website ip 31.220.104.16 or the ping statistics and can ddos any time using a command prompt or cmd or powershell ping statistics are minimum 124ms maximum 129ms average of 126ms

He still is a hacker cause he said "He can control websites" . He can be called "Web Defacer. When i was Grade 1 i learnt it from my teacher, she taught us about hackers and bla bla bla. You can also search "The Types of Hackers"
