A tryhard is someone wants to become popular/staff both on forums and on the server, but instead of letting them make their mindless messages. In addition, they are being helpful, active, have no life, write detailed posts, and be kind to rude attitude to people in the "Ban Appeals" section. (I'm not sure).
Are they bad people? No, they are fine with who help purposefully to try to get staff, but when it comes to what they considered as they are staff, but they are not. People will confuse tryharders are staff.
If so what them so bad? Why? Because I think that people like to try a tryhard so that they should respect the positivity in their posts, which means that they have more chances to become staff one day.
