Here's the story -
Seth got banned for an inappropriate username (perm ban), staff gave a chance.
He got banned for inappropriate language in CRM (temp ban, 3 days)
Then he bypassed and got banned (perm ban)
After getting banned, he was still bypassing. (Not confirmed by staff, but confirmed by us)
Now he makes an appeal and gets unbanned.

While Drab didn't bypass when he got banned. He made the right decision and made an appeal.
Then he got a chance
Now he's banned again but the xray wasn't even being used in his game.

You know what?

Im not trying to start a fight too but only reason he got unbanned is he were had 350+ lvl rank stuff so idk really and drab had already got a 2nd chance so idk staff will decide if he will be unbanned or not.

So favouritism? Right.
Levels, ranks, and stuff don't matter.

Anyone who gets banned for an inappropriate name can make an appeal to get their network unbanned. As for the ticket, I have no idea. I don't think it was deserved but I can't tell ssun what to do with her money.

As for the other chances, it's because he was banned by ray and he's easily persuaded (Edit: that sounds a lot more rude than I meant it to, sorry ray :/ I don't mean it in a rude way).

Anyways I'm not done looking things over but that's what I've seen so far.

I really don’t have a place here, and I’m definitely not here just because he’s soemwhat my friend.
But, I am here because I find this completely unfair.
Why does another player get more than a second chance for not only being an overall inappropriate person but he bypassed MANY of times.
Which 99.9% of the time players do NOT get unbanned for it.

I saw Seth’s ban appel even reported him for bypassing, and I knew him and his personality. He can change.
Drab can too, I knew drab.
I know everybody xD

But seriously, I get he lied.
But I think he deserves another chance, let’s be fair to all players.
Not just one because he wrote an emotional message claiming he’d change.
(Not saying he won’t. Love you Ray you’re great xD)

Drab was somewhat my friend, we didn’t really talk.
But he’d always try his best to help out around the server, once stayed up half the night with me sending in reports.
He’s a good player, who made a couple mistakes.
That he learnt from now.
My personal opinion really doesn’t matter but still.
If he was to get unbanned i would happily keep an eye on him.

Actually, lying and denying a fact that a person is lying about not hacking (or unfair advantage like...hacks :3) is more severe since hacking is one way ticket to an instant ban, besides other permanent bans, and bypassing is an automatic permanent ban with absolute no mercy/no consideration, as for the case of the two players (the reason why this was made), I'm gonna a compare from my perspective

Drabs offence: glitch exploited , 7 day ban, he made an appeal for that however, fast forward to 1 day later, he got caught red handed by hazard , as Drab failed to be honest , he got permanently banned from Brokenlens's services, though he can make another appeal in 1 year, conclusion:
The lies about hacking are more incriminating and can lead to a permanent ban, though the chances of making another ban appeal and getting accepted are more...slim

Demoniq(?) (Seth): the dude got muted, banned,ECT, and that one time he was banned, he dared to bypass, which is a permanent ban(btw he got banned from forums by ray so yeah, I kinda saw the whole thing...it was awkward :/ )
Conclusion:
After seeing and accepting all the screw ups done in the past, he said he is willing(or is gonna) change in the near future (I personally don't know but eh)..


Well, I'm pretty sure bypassing a ban is more... dangerous to just lying to a ban appeal, though DrabQuasar never bypassed, so (in my opinion) in the current situation they are both in, they both seem to be even :/
(Note: I apologise for intruding or/and spamming, I just personally felt like giving my own point of view and yeah, this isn't supposed to be my business or anything)

Do not forget Mauri... It is a bit old (2-3 weeks) but he was also unbanned even if he bypassed/denied the fact he was hacking... (big level+famous friends)

And also Paty (banned by the Watcher, but unbanned because of she had a lot of friends)

I can get you the links if you want... But I am not active since 2-3 days because of big personnals problems :/

I am not going back on my decision as the user has been banned for another reason which involved the use of an illegal modification / texture pack.
