Why are there a 30 seconds collided during replying? It is kinda annoying! Please remove it!

2, About the Server
Please allowed a users to play although they haven't login. Like other servers, if a player doesn't login, they still can play by being a guest.

There is a thirty second wait to send a message so there's no spam, therefore forums has less lag.

People can't play by guest because if the guest is a hacker, people cannot report them, and they can't get banned

1.) To prevent spamming.
2.) Yes, implement this please as some people don't understand the English language and might not know how to login. (Or add and languages option)

Languages option would be better than letting not logged in players join

Languages option would be better than letting not logged in players join

How many lang can made, just 3-5 languages, it is not enough for others, and then, maybe they do not know how to change language...

1, as others have said, to prevent spam. Besides, 30 seconds isn't really much ._.

2, if Vertx allowed guests to be banned (in case they're hackers), sure
