1st report: Server
Every server, when it gets full.
Time
It has happened so many times, that I actually don't know.
Bug Description
When a server gets full, and we are in a party, sometimes, some of the party members will stay in the lobby and some other will join a game.

I sadly have no screenshots of this, and I don't think I would've actually had a way to prove that this bug exists.

Bug Description
I joined a game, and I couldn't move, the murderer killed me and when I got killed, I couldn't stop dying, my screen flashing all the time like I was playing Hunger Games and getting hit by others, and still couldn't move. The screenshot below shows it:
