2 dumb question about rank

Its dumb so im sorry xD
I was thinking of buying a gold rank for myself for the exp boost thing- so after I purchase, will my emerald rank disappear?

And im curious about the time when the boosters expire cuz I thought it was a month, but my friend bought an e rank 1 or 2 months ago and she still have it- mine expired and I bought mine last year in the summer

1- yes, but if show proof you had e rank, it can be added back to your account
2-boosters are supposed to last the lifetime of the rank, its a bug when they expire early

So I met the bug-
So can we (or maybe me) ask for staffs to re-add the rank to make the boosters work again? Ik it will bother staffs but some ppl need it

It doesn’t bother us, we can always try re-adding the rank but most of the time I don’t think it works so then we have to ask Vertx to fix it. (○´3｀)ﾉ
