I have had a similar experience with the same person. Even if the video is not enough evidence I know a couple of people that have experienced Dex hacking and have reported him.
But personally, when versing Dex in the past, he has been hitting me even though his arm isn't moving and he has about a 7-8 block reach which I don't think is possible.

i mean, he wasn’t facing me while i was being continuously hit fast- this is something i wanna point out here but it’s quite hard to tell in my opinion

I have also encountered something similar to this.
Whenever I am in a match against dex, he hits me from about 6-7 blocks away and I can barely hit him.

Though, a few months ago I had no problem hitting the player.
It didn’t seem like he had kill aura but there is a possibility that he might be using reach hacks.

There’s been quite a few reports for the same thing and he does play rather suspiciously so they’re now banned
