so this isn’t rlly a bug report but idk where else to put it, in mm now your not able to see murd n sher when u spec n i understand why they did that but now its also gonna be impossible to report teamers unless they’re hitting eachother or both standing with weapon out because it could also just be murd/inno teaming n you’d have no way of telling whats going on with the teaming situation

i’m just gonna assume for a second that staff is able to still see murd/sher but lots of the time there isn’t staff on, there would be absolutely no way to prove teaming as long as sheriff doesn’t reveal weapon unless murd/inno teaming now becomes bannable, this might just be my opinion but as soon as people realize theres gonna be a lot more teaming since its harder to prove as long as sheriff doesn’t reveal gun they would be able to just stand out in the open because nobody would be able to know or tell that they’re sher so unless murd/inno teaming becomes bannable this is probably gonna have to be fixed, i do understand that it was probably put in place so people couldn’t spec their friends and say who murd/sher was, but im assuming it wasn’t though about around teamers

I think they changed it bc there are more and more ppl using alts to tell themselves or others who the murd is- or maybe theres other reasons idrk. There was a thread in suggestions and it seemed to be adopted. But it is rlly a big change since its even harder to know if someone is teaming or not, and it allowed rule breakers to continue their behavior without anyone reporting.
And yes, unless a staff's there, or it'll be impossible to catch them. Since most of the staffs (i think) are from Europe or the USA, there will be gaps and it often happens in the morning of asia... when no staffs are dealing with tons of player reports- including teamers in mm.
I couldn't give out a proper solution to this but I think there are still spaces we can discuss, there must be a way to eliminate alt stalkers

I can understand player frustration when trying to report teaming/other MM rule breaking. What I suggested was to make the roles only show up in the player list if you had played in the match, died, and spectated from there.
This will make it harder and more time consuming for farmers' alts to find out who the murderer is when they have to scroll person to person to see who's holding a sword, but will also make sure players don't have a tough time reporting. Though it wont completely eliminate farmers figuring out the roles, I can greatly appreciate a feature being worked on that will help solve this issue.

However- The suspect who I was keeping an eye on used his alt to join "into the game" and that just... ah
