She did in fact do something wrong by knowingly letting him bypass on her account.

Her account is her responsibility, she let somebody bypass on her account, which is bannable by itself. But they also did the same thing they banned for (hacking) on her account, leading to them being banned by the watcher. I'm sorry but they will stay banned.
