I hope y'all realize there is more than one admin. Ssun isn't going to be able to reply to every single's person's needs. That's why they have multiple people. Please try contacting someone else and your thread might actually get noticed...stop acting like no one will reply. They could actually be trying to fix the problem, so don't be so quick to bash them. And I'm pretty positive they are also trying to please the needs of the other members on every other platform they have so please be patient.
