thats the error code when the watcher perm bans them
i dont think staff can unban players with #191

Besides, #191 and #193 are using mods to get perm banned by the watcher.

There's a error number 121, when u get kicked by the watcher when your lagging to much, if im not thinking like a noob

I'm a VIP member and would never be kicked by the watcher with a error number or something like that.

Like i mean when u get kicked when u are lagging too much, by the watcher, and really doesn't matter if u have a rank, some ppl without ranks can know stuff too

So...? I had lagging on the server too many times and never kicked me out when I was a rank.
