Umm idk xD I use MCPE DL to download most of the stuff, when I download it I just press the file and it'll automatically send me to MCPE and will start exporting the texture pack/shaders.

If you use an android device, I suggest you downloading from the same page @utopiia does. If you’re an Apple device, like me, you can’t download textures packs from your device .

But I do have a solution!

You are going to need to download the texture pack from a PC/Laptop. You can download it from the same page @utopiia mentioned. Once it is fully downloaded, connect your USB port form your device (basically your charger’s wire, just remove the cube/rectangle thingy) to your PC/Laptop, open iTunes, and there’s a little icon of a device somewhere on your top-left corner. Click the icon and go to file sharing, click Minecraft, import the texture pack and it should appear on your device. Move the file to Minecraft’s texture packs and should load once you enter Minecraft .
