Unfortunately this is a glitch- every time there is a minecraft update the skin glitch comes back- we can see on the beta site (the link Jana added below) that the player did indeed have a skin. A good way to tell in game if they are really using an invisible skin is you would still be able to see their name, their armor, their weapon- when it's the glitch you can't see any of that unfortunately- thank you for the report-we appreciate the help
