This seems like the kind of thing brokenlens players get organized for, I can imagine people planning something like this.

I preferably leave the server and come back because some times it will keep happening.

It's a bug, yesterday I was playing, and the person spectating said "why do you have two swords?" And I didn't have anything on my off hand, it's a strange bug.

Maybe the admins know the exact date of when brokenlens was released to the public, but I don't know if I should tag them for this :shifty:
