So when i build up,i usually spam it so i can put my blocks and go up fast.But if you do that,it somewhat glitches you to go down again.You 'respawn'(idk what to call it)back to place where your just beside the block youve put.Sorry if that doesnt make any sense but imma show here at the bottom...
