I need to report someone for glitch exploiting, but when I upload a 2.1MB picture, it says it is too much. Then, when I try to add an imgur link it says I need 10 posts. So I don't know how I'm supposed to even report this guy.

When the server lags a lot, I can't see my friends, and sometimes I completely freeze. People still talk, but nobody but me can move on my screen.
