I've found a guy that plays on tablet that can beat win10 players(and phone) A.K.A jitter click He's Deato7w7/DeatoDreameZ_ (and some of his clan members Michplayz, Hearthy, etc.) Luckily he didn't play BL, hes a non split god pvp guy that you can find in many uhc servers.

It means that you don't need to press sprint to sprint (XD) The mod sprints for you so you just normally tap the walk forward button when pvp

Some UHC server like AlphaUHC also don't allow win 10 to play and if they do, they will be permanently banned. and also its really easy to catch a win10ers.
